Ken got back to me quickly and Bryan came out a few days later for some non-urgent issues. He fixed our shower valve water hammer issue and replaced our water main shut off valve. I also suspected our toilet was leaking, but rather than spending money to reset the toilet, they recommended a few things and to monitor it for a few weeks. Much appreciated.
Ken and his team were fantastic. They replaced my 40yo boiler system with a high efficiency system, including t the water heater. The finished job looks clean and works well. He and the team communicated about their progress before and during the job, which I really appreciate. There was one small issue with the exhaust system that appeared a couple days later, but they fixed it within hours of calling them. I will definitely use them again, for big or small jobs.Services: Heating system installation
This was my third time utilizing Absolute Precision Plumbing, and once again, I was very pleased. Bryan was friendly and efficient. He installed a new toilet and hauled away the old one.
