Excellent service! Oil deliveries are always on time, and they are very responsive with servicing my oil burner/boiler. My oil pump broke yesterday afternoon, and I had no hot water. They were at my house at 9am today to diagnose the issue, obtained and installed the right part, and it was fixed by 10:30am! Very pleased with their service.

We've been using JJ Donovan for the past 10 years+. They are a great company, super responsive and honest. They installed a new water tank, oil tank and boiler for us a few years ago and they've been running smoothly. We also use their oil delivery, they come on time so we are never out of oil. They are super friendly. I highly recommend this company

Not sure how they only have 3 stars - I've been living on Willis Ave for 10 years and using them the whole time for my heating oil. They are responsive, their prices are good, and they are always quick if I have any issues.
