My mom used to own a salon in he building and I was in the area and needed to brush my teeth because I was in a hurry leaving the house. (I grabbed my toothbrush on the way out) I told them that and asked to use the bathroom. They were very kind and let me use the bathroom and we shared some nice conversation as well.
The Tone Club, voted #1 fitness/gym on Cape Cod, has been great for me both physically and mentally. Getting me out of my comfort zone, Toni and her wonderful instructors know how to motivate and inspire all members while having fun working out. Check it out you won’t be disappointed.
