I found Alba Salon through a quick google search, after I made a mistake and attempted layers at home. Alma was quick to get me in (right before the holiday!) and fixed it right up! She was very friendly, and detail oriented. She spent a good amount of time making sure that everything blended well, as my fine/straight hair is so unforgiving while attempting layers, and it’s easy to come out looking choppy vs blended. You can tell that she has been doing this a long time! Great experience!

*This is not a salon for kinky hair*First, I just want to say, the owner is so sweet! And the other hairstylist too. I have no problem with them, and they tried their best which is why I’m giving 4 stars.Just don’t go here if you have kinky hair/are Black, because they don’t know how to do it.It took them 3 hours to do mine, and it went bad within one day. I usually have a black hair stylist I trust but I couldn’t get her last minute so I went here. Like I said, sweet people, nice conversation, took me on last minute.That’s the only reason I tipped well and didn’t give like 2 stars. $75 for wash, blow dry, and iron (I paid $90), and it’s gonna last max a...read full review

I just had another haircut with Alma today, and realized I never provided a review even though she is the best!!!!!! She is super detail oriented, and has the experience and talent to make sure your cut is perfection. I never worry when I am in her chair. She is a wonderful person and offers real world advice about your hair. I trust her implicitly, and feel happy every time I leave the salon :-)Service: Haircut
