Today my central air has shut off. It was 88 out and inside my house was rising very fast. Called a dozen local companies and none could come for a few days. Spoke to Cathy and she said the next tech available would be on their way. 10 minutes later Aidan showed up and saved my day. Very professional and shared tips about cleaning the unit. Replaced the capacitor and I was back in business, couldn’t say enough good things about how quick they responded, how quick they got my AC back on. 5 star for Aidan and Demelo heating.
Had a very good experience with Demelo replacing a large section of very old, corroded cast iron pipe in my basement and making a few other alterations to bring everything up to code. The technicians were timely, professional, and happy to answer all my questions and show me what they were doing. I felt like my home was in very capable hands and I have a much better understanding of how my house's plumbing works now! I'm sure it was a tricky and messy job, but they left the work area clean and tidy. I will definitely use Demelo again in the future!
