Two days before school my 18-year-old waits until the last minute I show up at JAY's Barbershop and ask Carlos the owner if he can cut my son's hair did I mention it was almost 5 pm. he went ahead and cut my son's hair and did an amazing job. He is now my son's barber. Highly recommended if you are looking for a clean, well-mannered, friendly, and super-experienced barbershop. This is the spot to go in Haverhill.
