“Ozzie had a bad experience at the new Easthampton Animal Hospital. He HAD loved Dr Hayden., who retired. Riverbend has reset his opinion of going to the vet. The staff is not only knowledgable, but clearly they love animals. They used gentle touch, patience and praise. They had the hypodermic ready, as opposed to Easthampton Animal Hospital who prepared it in front of him.“
