The women in here are so sweet and helpful and I know they’re probably told they have to do this by corporate — but PLEASE, I’m begging you, tone it down on the number of times you try to talk to people who are trying to shop. I was asked repeatedly if I needed help and was hovered over the entire time. If I picked up a product (one I’d been using for years), they assumed that I wanted/needed to hear all about it. I was going to make a purchase, but it’s incredibly overwhelming when someone says they don’t need help and makes it pretty clear they don’t want it, and you continue to do it. For many years I have been nervous about getting a facial, my skin is very sensitive. Lynne explained the higher dose mask customization of a skin care routine. She made me feel good about helping achieve results, not only with her but my at home routine. I look forward to my next facial with Lynne and any new recommendations she has for my at home routine.

This specific location doesn’t give out as much samples as other locations. I got two tiny samples other locations send you home with a mini bag of samples. Samples are what initially got me hooked as a blue mercury customer I’ve found so many products my skin loves overall I wouldn’t visit the location again as a customer who likes to purchase and try different products. Customer service was good though!
