I used LTC for a thorough window cleaning, house power washing and complete deck scrubbing / cleaning. These guys know their stuff. They take their work very seriously and will not stop until you and they are satisfied.They first did the job in March and they weren't completely happy with the windows when they finished on a Friday, so they came back for 4 hours on Saturday until it was perfect. They weren't very happy with the deck but I told them it was good enough.A month later, the deck really did look like it needed work so they came back and two men worked a good 4 hours each until it looked great again. LTC came out on a very snowy day to shovel off our roof and remove an ice dam that was causing a leak in our kitchen. They responded quickly to my our call and got right to work once they arrived. They were even willing to head to the hardware store for additional materials. Once the job was done, they said they'd check in after a couple hours to see if the leak had stopped.
