Ernie filed my 2021 taxes incorrectly. In 2021, I worked at two companies; one for the first half of the year and one for the second half of the year. To my knowledge at the time of submittal, I assumed taxes were filed correctly. This year, I received a letter from the IRS that only half of my 2021 income was accounted for on my 2021 filings.Upon reaching out to Ernie, he took no accountability regarding the issue. He proceeded to tell me that only received one W-2. However, since the tax documents were submitted to a virtual dropbox folder that he has control of, he has since erased the 2021 documents from the folder.
