Just had my first session there. Had an Express Pedicure with Ivy, and even the "express" service included a scrub, soak, polish, callus removal, oil, and nail filing/cuticle work. The place is small, so if you don't like being elbow to elbow, go early morning or late evening. Their prices and range of services are great. They do everything from a polish change to extensive artwork and massage. You can also choose to have your work done by the same gender as you if that's a concern.Also what I really liked is that EVERY add-on price was laid out for you, including special polishes. Hands & Heels Boutique was the first nail salon I visited after moving to Boston & thankfully, I didn’t have to look any further. These folks have taken care of my nails for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries -&all with no disappointment. One of my experiences involved my dip manicure chipping just days after getting them done & they were quick to fix them back to perfection. The owners very clearly strive for quality service & customer satisfaction here; they’re always accommodating, always friendly, &their communication is clear & easily understood.
