Everyone working there was polite and nice. The work was done quickly and the end product looks good. However I feel like they could’ve taken some more time in understanding my specifications. I asked to get subtle burgundy color balayage/partial balayage (whichever is subtle, not sure what it is called) in my naturally black hair. In the end, there is a lot more burgandy than I wanted.Edit: I did get a lot of compliments though :)

Giovanni did an amazing job with my hair!! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he told me exactly what I needed to get that look. He was very thorough and didn’t cut any corners. He checked on my hair several times and would leave the product in for longer if needed and I really appreciate that he didn’t rush anything. He was clearly very experienced and I would highly recommend him to anyone! The salon itself was very nice as well. The staff were very friendly and I appreciated the free coffee and massage chair. I was also able to get my eyebrows threaded while getting my hair done so it was nice to get two things done at once

LOVE my short pixie hair cut!! Giovanni did an awesome job!!I provided some pictures and ideas and, he was like trust me, and I did. Thank you!! I left feeling fabulous and beautiful! Highly recommend to get your hair-did here. This is my go to place when I am in BOS (Brookline).
