The employees seemed nice, but they rushed my full set and even hurt me a little with the drill. I got white nails and the polish was everywhere on my hands. The bathroom had no soap, they have good prices but our experience was not the best.

Came in at 445 did not know they close at 5 if I new that I would not have bothered very disappointed the lady was nice but replace a broken nail instead of taking the nail off to give me a new one she basically just made room so she could put the tip on definitely will not go thier again very disappointed

I WAS a loyal customer since they opened. My only problem with them is the way they made appointments. If I make an appointment for 930 I EXPECT to be seen no later than 935. I can understand if the nail tech runs behind once in a while but to double book appointments and then try and rush is unacceptable for me. I left them in October and haven't been back. I'm at another place now and their service is on point and ON TIME.Services: Waxing
