Our building lost heat during the coldest days in February. We had several plumbers/boiler specialists come out to look, including an evaluation for a new boiler. Jason from Robco agreed with another plumber that our boiler had some life in it yet, assessed the problem and was willing to fix it immediately. The work was time-consuming and dirty. We ended up needing a new circulator pump, though he took the time to try replacing a few parts to see if he could salvage the pump, which had seized, initially to save us some money. We had an issue with our sink which then spread to the garbage disposal... and then to the dishwasher and were honestly afraid to call a plumber because of what an ordeal it would be and how much it would cost... we finally got to the breaking point and called Robco. They returned our call within a few hours and came by in the afternoon to fix it.... 30 minutes later, EVERYTHING is fixed for the cost of one service call. He and his plumbing partner are so friendly and amazing. I am so happy with my experience and will absolutely be calling them again if we have any more issues & recommending to all my friends. #ROBCOforPRESIDENT
