I live in the neighborhood and always come here to get keys made - great, friendly customer service and I've never had to bring a key back for not working right once I got it home. Last night I got home and realized I locked myself out, and figured I'd call Local Lock & Key first. Even though it was a night on the weekend, Lee came as soon as he could and kept me updated on his ETA. Got the door open for me in no time. Professional, friendly, skilled. I recently had came to the shop to copy a couple of my house keys and I greatly appreciated how JC was helpful and very informative on keys and how I can secure my keys better due to the fact I am always misplacing mine lol, haven’t met an individual who values their work ethic as much to go out of their way to just insure the customers needs are met! Much appreciated and keep up the great work
