I stumbled across this store as I was walking and was greeted by a lovely woman. She recommended a few products to me and made sure to educate me on how to use them. They make everything in house and are reasonably priced for being made with clean ingredients. The man in the back that makes all of the soaps also introduced himself to me and was really kind and sweet. He informed me they are also avaliable online and have a contact form if I had any additional questions about the products. I will definitely be coming back.
A gem of a shop! Beautiful, thoughtful products made in store with natural ingredients. The owner Sophia was so warm and kind, and knew right away what to recommend for me. I am in love with the Waterless Face Wash and felt the difference the first time I used it! My family loves the soaps, bath soaks and lotions - wonderful place for gift shopping, as well!
Dovetail is an incredible hidden gem of Andover. From my first visit, Sofia was able to make perfect recommendations just by looking at my skin. I fell in love with every single product she recommended and they all do exactly what she said they would. Sofia is one of the warmest store owners I’ve ever met, and I will surely be a returning customer for years to come.
