Trouth AC is always professional and takes care of any problems we may have with our heat pump. We take advantage of their yearly maintenance services and they have caught small issues with our system before they became big problems.
Keith diagnosed and remedied the problem as well as recommending a preventative application to avoid a recurrence. He also took the time to explain to me how Trouth responds to after hour callouts. The only recommendation I would have to improve Trouth's service would be for them to educate their answering service on how Trouth responds to after hour callouts.
Excellent job, called out after hours on a Friday for A/C not cooling with 100 plus temperatures. We were not one of their regular customers. I would recommend to everyone. Fixed the problem in no time! Call Trouth A/C!
