My first pedicure in years and it was awful. We were seated quickly and didn't have a wait but the pedicure was not good. You could never tell I had one. The polish was old and very thick. She didn't even paint my entire nail. She was not friendly at all. What a waste of money!

Very upset with my experience this time. I came with my niece to get her, her first full set for her bday. She was so excited! We came in a little before 1. They told us 5 min wait, we sat for 37 minutes. Then we moved to our chairs, and sat for another 15. They looked short staff, so I can't complain about the wait, but my niece was upset because they started with my nails, which took an hour and 15 min for dip only. I said I wanted almond shaped. It turned out VERY short circle. I hate the chunky circle nail so I kept saying skinnier skinnier skinnier and they didn't understand. Eventually he pretty much restarted and kept the dip under and then put gel on top my nail....read full review

The majority of the staff do a great job on manicures and pedicures. However, the staff is rude as hell. The woman that did my pedicure didn't want to do my nails because she mistook me for someone else that didn't like the way she did their nails. She jokingly said it to another employee that I don't like the way she does my nails. They play on their phones and talk to other employees while not paying attention to what they're supposed to be doing. The employee who did my nails cut me several times with the drill because he wasn't paying attention. The service is great but the customer service is horrible.
