Appointment availability is always weeks ahead because she takes pride in her work and makes sure she has time to properly attend to clients hair as needed. Therefore she doesn't overbook and have you waiting for hours. Should issues arise either with her schedule or yours she is willing to work with you to reschedule accordingly. I was looking for a hair salon and stylist who could help me take care of my care as I transition from relaxed to natural. Dawn is great! She’s very thoughtful about protecting my hair and keeping it healthy. Her silk presses last me 2 weeks even with all my gym time. And her sew ins keep my edges healthy and give me time off from daily touch ups with the flat iron. After searching for stylist that's passionate about their craft. I've found Dawn Marshall at Vip. My Mom and I really love her. She has a beautiful spirit and her attention to detail is the best. The compliments after a visit with Dawn is amazing, she truly get the job done. I've recommended so many family members and friends to her. Yes, she good!! So, Every two weeks my mom has an appointment and every three weeks for me. Honey!
