Our teenage son is dealing with alopecia. He suffered almost full hairloss during this past summer. We were able to set up an appointment with only a few weeks before he was to start high school. Jay and Joey were so helpful by going the extra mile and making it possible to order him a hairpiece that came in the day before school started. They were even able to cut, style, and color it to make it look like his original hair! Our son was able to start school on time because of their great efforts. We could not be happier! Michelle Champion, did my free consultation. She was awesome. Her personality was warm & welcoming. She is knowledgeable about her product. Her knowledge level was amazing. She answered all my questions. She took her time and walked me through each step of examining my hair to the point that I trusted her. Wow, conversing with a perfect stranger about my flaws. Why..., because Michelle made it easy. I am looking forward to this journey of hair growth!

My experience at HairClub was great! The office is clean and organized. Loved the complimentary snacks and coffee. My stylist was professional and very knowledgeable of the products being used.She made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire process. I will def be back! Thank you Keisha and team!
