Worst customer service for disabled people. I should really sue these people. They couldn't care less that I was disabled and would not even place a CALL to the fraud division to unblock my cards that CHASE had blocked. (Because I tried paying my Boost Mobile bill 17 times, so the card was automatically blocked.) They do not display professionalism when it comes to disabled people. They will not go out of their way to help you. They will SHOW you that they WONT accommodate a disabled person. That is what made me livid. The actual gall of them. (Male teller at window)...HE made my visit there completely awful!!! Stay away from Chase Metairie branch

The Caucasian tellers and representatives are all prejudice. They denied me of opening an account stating that my name was flagged. Not looking into the matter so I could fix it. The Caucasian teller was very useless. It's 2022 people when will every one view others in different races as if they are HUMAN!!!
