The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. They were also prompt and respectful. They explained the problem thoroughly and repaired refrigerator in a timely fashion. The service was great.
Brock came to check out my new range that was not working and within minutes had discovered the problem and fixed it. He was so professional and friendly. Will definitely be asking for him when I need appliances serviced! Thank you Brock!!
Brock was awesome. He worked hard to pinpoint the problem and worked hard to solve it. He was very friendly and helpful and explained to me everything he was doing and changing. He pinpointed that the drum was part of the problem and kept working at it until he solved theproblem. He is a very hard worker and gave me a few laughs why he was at it.Thank you Brock and thank you Mitch's for the great service. I would recommend your servics e to anyone.
