Ochsner Health Center - Luling

I called to inquire about a new ophthalmology appointment either in the Luling or Destrehan locations of Ochsner and to establish a patient physician relation in the St Charles Parish for my eyes. Although there is no ophthalmologist located at either location the representative was extremely professional and helpful during this inquiry! It is absolutely wonderful to speak to someone as knowledgeable and professional.Thank you

Parking is a little tight but the staff is very friendly and I loved Dr Dalmau. She made me feel very comfortable, was thorough, and helped put my mind at ease while still taking me seriously.

Dr. Kimberly Dalmau was so kind, so thorough, and so attentive to me. She came in having already reviewed my case. She didn’t waste my time by asking me questions that I’d already answered with the nurse or that were already answered in my chart. She didn’t waste my time by silently typing everything on the computer during our conversation, either. She maintained eye contact, making me feel like I was a valued patient who was fully capable of understanding her insights and plan of care for me.
