I PERSONALLY went back for the second time for a different service ( Foot detox) and I absolutely loved it and was again greeted with a smile and helpful tips Overally I love it there and will return for round three I suggest anyone in doubt to give it a try cause it's worth your money and might I add after discussing problems that I had on my first visit that Keisha gave me a free product? yes!!that's right a free product that I had in mind to purchase. “Did a consult awhile back. Due to work, I had to keep rescheduling. Since retired - again called them to move up the appointment. Retirement is not for me so I am going back to work. They did not hesitate, grumble or fuss about moving both the cut/perm and the color appointments back up.The consults were amazing and many months before I had the actual cut/perm appointment. Mr. Robert listened to everything I said. Seriously listened...how do I know? Because many months later when I finally got to sit with him to do the actual cut and perm he remembered everything I said, everything we discussed during the consult!The cut and perm were excellent! He did have to leave at the very end, no big deal because the assistant that took over, Callie, finished it with the absolute best customer service ever!All staff is so friendly, kind, caring, listens to your every word AND takes it into account...Callie was so delightful, so pleasantly kind and had a great sense of humor. Robert M has an amazing sarcastically funny sense of humor as well - which I can greatly appreciate that! I super enjoyed this experience!I know the staff working in his salon have been through school, but you can watch him continually point out little things to them that exemplify a great customer service atmosphere! I have never, ever been so impressed by an owner of a place as I was with the way he pointed out the tiniest little things to the assistants so that they could learn what the epitome of great customer service should be like! I say if they are lucky enough to be working with him in his salon, what a blessing! They are learning from the best! So very impressed!Prices were way better than I was quoted elsewhere and so affordable! My hair was super long and they were so reasonable accordingly with price, style, consultation, everything!I cannot wait till I go back for the color! I am now a committed client of this place. They will have me until they close their doors, lol.You will not be disappointed, from the very first phone call to get the consultation to the end, exemplary customer service and great outcome all around!Go see them!!!
