Indoor Air Experts has 4 locations they service for us and they do a very good job. Tyler and a co-worker came to our home today for our winter equipment check. They were dressed appropriately, on time, and called prior to arrival.They worked quickly and Tyler went over their pricing program sheet and took payment.Tyler handled our payment professionally and I highly recommend, not only Tyler butthe company he represents.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Everyone was so polite and responsive from the first phone call to the the technician that fixed our A/C!! I called at 9am and they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule the same day. The technician arrived right when he said he would and had our A/C fixed in under an hour. He was very polite and very knowledgable! So very thankful to have such a great AC company here in Lafayette. The entire staff was so friendly, worked really hard, clearly knowledgeable and very polite. Had to get Evap Coil replaced and they worked fast to get what we need, installed and even followed up.
The new owner, Brent, is a fantastic individual and is very focused on customers. Highly recommend them for any residential or commercial needs!
