We booked massages spur of the moment but we really came for the sauna. It ended up being the best massage I’ve ever had in my life by a therapist named Sarah. She used deep pressure that was perfect and hit all of my sore spots. The neck massage was worth the price of the entire massage. My boyfriends therapist was “Blue” and he said she perfect pace and technique. He said “it was REALLY good”. Bailey the receptionist was also super helpful with getting us all set up. Everyone was very friendly and inviting and I’m so glad we found this gem. I won’t go anywhere else for a massage anymore. Can’t say enough great things about this experience.

Highly recommend this spa! The staff is kind, drama free, professional and accommodating. The facility is clean & relaxing. My preference for massage is Alex and for facials is Laura; but, when I’ve used anyone else, they’ve all done great! Love the sauna & dry float, too! Was blown away how therapeutic the dry float was for decreasing anxiety.

I’ve been going to Crystal Spa for about two years now—maybe a little over. I have not had any issues at all with customer service. A great place to go to relax, always very clean, always very relaxing and inviting. I encourage anyone to try one of their packages. I do the sauna
