My whole family of 10 has been doing personal and business tax preparations with Protax Services owner Mr Carlos Sanchez since 1991. And due to him being unavailable and overbooked with appointments, my husband and I decided to have Carol take over our personal taxes to be prepared for the last 5 years. she has proven to be a friendly professional, and respectful individual as Mr Carlos Sanchez would be.
