I was referred to this company after requesting a roof inspection for possible repair or replacement after Hurricane Zeta. I was told that their estimator Merlin would be in contact with me for best appointment times. We agreed on his arrival time between 8 am and 11 am on 12/31/20 since he was coming from Lafayette to New Orleans. After waiting, I decided to call around 12:30 pm to see if he had gotten lost or needed to reschedule. He didn't answer my call on that day nor did he reply to my voicemail. Almost 3 weeks later from our 1st point of contact there hasn't been any return phone calls or "inbox messages" on Yelp to me. I have decided to cross them off my list of "trusty, noteworthy, go-to" contractors to contact when either me or others I know need assistance but researching a company isn't an option. First impressions are really important.
