Katie gave me a really great haircut today! She even used, explained, and recommended several great curly hair products. She was very nice, informational and professional. Everyone there has been very friendly since the minute I walked in. I went in for a walk in, and unfortunately they didn’t have a spot available right away but quickly set me up with a same-day appointment a few hours later.I couldn’t be happier. I Never get my haircut because I’ve always seemed to have bad experiences. Plus I had a baby so I’m still a little emotional right now, but I really needed a trim so I came here. I got the new girl and I was skeptical at first but she was so kind and made me feel comfortable. And that makes a huge difference in my experience. And my hair? I love it. I feel like a new person. Not just a momma who hasn’t showered in two days and still has the same milk stain on her shirt from yesterday. But I wish she understood how much she helped me. I have been a patron of this salon for years and known it was the best of the best...but today my expectations were far exceeded. Duane, the owner, knew that I needed to be done with my service at a specific time to pick my daughter up from her track practice. He made sure to have all his supplies in order prior to our appointment and repeatedly checked his watch to make sure I was done in time. He not only did an exceptional job on my hair but also made sure I was able to pay, book my next appointment and be out of the salon in time to get my daughter from practice.
