Jake's Plumbing provided excellent customer service which included the availability, appointment time, the service technician, and the customer service representative. My tankless water heater wasn't heating the water so I called Jake's Plumbing. Andrew was the technician that came out and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jake's Plumbing.2nd pt to initial review. Because the initial diagnosis from the Navien the manufacturer of the tankless hot water heater was misdiagnosed other parts had to be ordered and replaced which was covered under warranty by Navien. I've used Jake's for both my home and a commercial building I own. Jake and his crew are amazing! The work is well done and if I have any questions afterward someone has always been there either to come back out or will take time with me on the phone. I highly recommend Jake's!
