Prairieville location should be open untill 6PM at least 7 days a week. no excuse to close earlier than this. tried to pick up the dry cleaning today, you were closed. 150,000,000 vaccinated. open up. if the staff refuse to work later, FIRE THEM, and replace them with someone who will work later.

Very helpful and plesent experience overall for my first time here staff were great but...Going to pick up my clothes was not so great I pull up at 330 as I'm about to get out my truck I see the lady locking the door so I looked to see if maybe y'all were closing early on FridayNope guess not so I check back up to see her leaving so I decided maybe she needs something at the store real quick well guess not again because I waited for 20 minutes and still no sign of the door opening back up so I guess I'll just try another day to pick up my clothes

Keans has always had a reputation for producing excellent outcomes. I am so happy to be living in Baton Rouge after retiring. The prices are affordable too! BTW, I have nothing but positive remarks about the drive through and customer service.
