I recently visited Floor & Decor in Baton Rouge and was blown away by the fantastic service in their wood department. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making the whole flooring selection process a breeze. And let me tell you, their vinyl flooring options are second to none! If you're in the area and need flooring, this is the place to go.
KEVIN IS THE MAN!!!!!!!! Ill spare you the details bc its a long hot mess but he fixed my problems for me. A little word of advice if you are ordering products from floor and decor DO NOT do it online. GO SEE KEVIN at the baton rouge location!!!!
I had the best service from a kind young man, Marcus Allen. he greeted me as soon as I walked in, and helped me find the correct color transition piece. He was very patient with me. Need more workers like Marcus in the world
