Got my nails and toes done today for my best friend wedding & let me tell you this place is so organized and for a party of 5 we all got to do our nails and toes together. It's also very nice that we kept the same nail technician throughout the visit.
My technician was extremely rude and my nails looked exactly the same as when I walked in! After waiting for service for 30 min, she rushed through my pedicure. My nails are already chipping and I literally just got them done!! Never again!!!
Yes, customer service was quick and good. My problem - they are overpriced. Full set and pedicure with no designs or anything for $59 will not be a place to return to for my money. I’ll stick to Houston, TX for the nails. If a business contains the word bar I expect to have a drink while I’m getting my nails done. Disappointed with that price and nothing special or extra was done!
