this Walmart in Somerset ky is the worst Walmart I went in there with my service dog and the man refused to let me in so of course I went back to the car my husband went in to go look for what we needed and he called me to tell me he seen at least 4 dogs that were not service dogs now tell me why they are allowed and my dog that is used for my mental health and to help me can't be

Wouldn't let me shop with my service animal. And I went ahead and shopped anyways because it's perfectly legal for me to and then got to checkout and then they refused to ring up my items and let me pay because I had my service animal with me, don't come here

The service department is slower than Christmas turkey. They have a line backup and mange just walking around back they're not helping. came in for simple oil change no line for the service to get done and still took 2.5 hours to change the oil.
