A couple of guys from this crew came out to my house to check a leak in my ceiling. They were very friendly and detail oriented, making sure to check every single appliance and fixture that the leak could possibly be coming from. I own a hair salon and my sinks were all backing up. No shampoo bowls means no work for me. I called early this morning and John himself came to my rescue He quoted me a price over the phone and gave me that price even though it turned out to be a really difficult clog. I even gave him a hug for saving my day❣️

Friendly, expert, prompt, transparent. As a plumber's daughter, I'm pretty picky about who works in my house. I'm so glad we called John Heffley. We called and got an appointment just a few days later--the team came out, got a sense of our project and goals, gave a quote, and got to work. They took just under 6 hours and were thorough in the scope of the work. A few things popped up unexpectedly when they opened the walls (but that's just service work), and they were super communicative about those changes. I highly recommend this company.
