In a time when customer service is hard to come by this place makes the cut. I called and spoke with someone about a leak and what I had already paid to have done. I was extremely rattled and upset. I left my name as i was trying to figure out schedules. I told her I would call back. She called me back just to make sure I was OK. Said if I figured everything out and needed them I had their number. Thank you for caring.
Called Ivitts and within 24 hours Charlie and Braydon arrived to access the situation. Charlie & Brandon are knowledgeable , professional and extremely efficient. I am really pleased with Ivitts service and their phenomenal employees.Service: Water heater installation
