I’ve met Silas more than a year ago and since then my results are way better. At the same time I’m spending about twice less time on trainings than I used to. It was 3 trainings a week, now we switched it to 5 (because that’s what I wanted) and he is still very flexible about time we are meeting. He is going above a beyond to accommodate our schedules and even if it’s not possible within a certain day, Silas sending me list of exercise, so I can do it by myself. I could not imagine a better combination of performance and convenience than this guy is performing for me. Thank you!

Training schedule, exercise routine, nutrition, supplements, even counting reps — this guy doing all the worse about the gym. Only thing you need to do is to keep up with his advices and result is guaranteed!

Silas is a great trainer! I've really enjoyed working out with him. I find that he challenges you enough to make meaningful gains, but doesn't kill you in the process. He's always available via text and offers up some great advice on nutrition as well. Really personable and easy going, but for sure offers you great accountability so that you can reach your fitness goals. I highly recommend Silas!
