Asked James to replace a floor in my mom's bathroom. He was there that evening to give a quote, and began work immediately. There was a very professional, open line of communication throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to ensure the finished product was done with the utmost quality. He even called in a plumber to address the slow moving toilet before he would call the job done. He worked well into the night and on the weekend to get her back to her own house (only 1 bathroom in her house) as quickly as possible. Hands down the easiest kitchen remodel experience you could imagine. James & crew were very professional, easy to talk to, and showed attention to the smallest details. My kitchen is exactly what I wanted and James made sure we had the same vision. He was very helpful in some of the final touch decisions that I waivered on. I am impressed with how it came together, even with remodeling a kitchen from the 60’s and all the hidden challenges he found.
