Went to Frenchies for a pedicure and was very happy with the technician and with my pedicure. I booked a manicure a week later for a French manicure. The technician was very sweet and my nails looked great. However, the next morning, the polish was lifting from my nails all around the cuticle. I messaged Frenchies along with a photo of my nails. The manager (or someone) got back with me right away and arranged for a redo asap. Apparently, my technician skipped a step, but definitely made it right. She was very professional and did an excellent job second time around. It has been 10 days, and my manicure is just beginning to look a little worn. Very happy with Frenchies.....read full review
I had been wanting to try this place forever, but couldn't pull the trigger, then I saw a 25% coupon and figured why not. I cannot believe how bright, cheery and welcoming every staff member was and clean the space is. Everything looks brand new. I absolutely loved my experience and can see why it's a slight premium over my normal salon. I loved my experience and will be back. Such a comfortable atmosphere. Thank you!
Worth the price! Clean, lots of awesome Covid precautions happening for real and not just so they won't get shut down, not crammed with people. Great service every time and lots of pampering as well as great staff.
