I came to “learn techniques for my daughters and wife” but really I learned that my moves of self defense may not be as affective and what ways to beat the crap out of my attacker. That is more instinctive, reactive, and logical. We had fun, we laughed which captivated our attention and seriousness even more andwe all learned, built some self confidence in defending ourselves and look forward to the other 3 sessions.
