I’ve been seeing Dawn at Zero Gravity for about 3 years now. I moved from Chicago to northern, KY and I was terrified I wouldn’t find a place like Zero Gravity. I absolutely LOVE Zero Gravity, Dawn and everyone there. They are highly knowledgeable, friendly, professional and I can’t recommend Zero Gravity enough. The office is beautiful and I always feel very welcomed and that my aesthetics needs matter to them. Their goal is made explicitly clear that my aesthetics goal is what they want to achieve. Zero Gravity is top notch and you won’t find any place better! Thank you Zero Gravity for your expertise in keeping me beautiful!
The team at Zero Gravity is so endearing! From setting the appointment to getting the work done. I was extremely impressed with the owners and staff! They showed great concern for my cosmetic plan. They listened to what I wanted and helped me to lay a out an action plan for exactly what I wanted to accomplish without looking "over done". A gradual reversal of the damage created by sun and aging. Chassidy and Dawn specifically worked with me and I could not have been more impressed! Candace is so kind and has always treated me so very well to always make things right. Caitlin as well did the same way. She’s professional, lovely personality and did an awesome treatment that I am so very happy with. She took the time with me to make sure I was very happy with the outcome. It really was! The assistants were also very kind and makes the clients feel at ease and very professional! They always have bright smiles when any client walks in the door, and when anyone leaves.
