I had an incredible experience today when I met with the most responsive, knowledgeable and kind, Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Department Service Officer at the Veterans Affairs (VA) facility in Ann Arbor, Michigan.Ms. Rebecca Burgess is simply wonderful. She listened intently, gave me honest, cogent and comprehensive advice on my VA case, it’s timing and the next steps.Rebecca represents DAV, our Veterans and herself extremely well.I left today’s meeting knowing she (and DAV) had my back and eminently confident in everything we discussed.Thank you Rebecca and DAV for all that you do for our Veterans ??……

I donated my minivan. This organization received good reviews on Forbes. They were professional, thorough and did everything they said they would do. They walked me through the process.
