Customer Service not good. Ask upfront about Charges. You will get a rediculous bill. Charges for services not received. Charges New Patient then charges establish patient. Charges for spinal manipulation and this thing called Therapeutic Procedure Exercise and I never exercised in that place once. Don’t recommend at all. Drs billing employee is Drs wife and not friendly. There’s better Chiropractors in Bardstown and charge a lot less.The upfront employee is rude and yelled at me when I called after I got a rediculous/bogus bill charges. Amazing work! Helped my back with NO popping. Very soothing & knowledgeable person to work with. Highly recommend. Saw a couple negative reviews for the front desk person but the person I talked to was very welcoming and pleasant. Thanks so much for your help!

Dr. Maupin is a great chiropractor and a great person. He's the best chiropractor that I have been to. He really listens to your issues and will not schedule unneeded appointments like other doctors.
