Sent a message with an idea and asking about when he could do it and he got me in the next day! We worked on design and positioning then got right to work, so happy with his art and piercing skills. Very easy to talk to and laid back personality. Highly recommend.

After being told my ankle tattoo could not be touched up easily because my skin "had seen some years" and otherwise insulted. Bull was recommended to me. He did an excellent job touching up my tattoo, very reasonable price. He has since done another tattoo for me with just an idea. It is perfect and exactly what I imagined. Highly recommend Bull!

I have 12 tattoos that Kelly Bull Oliver has done & they all are amazing. I would not trust anyone else for my ink. He is the absolute best and can do whatever you throw at him & make it look amazing!
