I cannot say enough good things about this location Alyssa fox is an absolute superstar she is so knowledgeable and so helpful. I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews but she 1000% deserves it!!

Had an issue with some eye benefits that caused a bit of confusion and misunderstanding with Specs and myself. Brooke stepped up and investigated the issues and got to an understanding of benefits. What could have been a very bad experience, Brooke took the time to make it right and smoothed over the rough edges. Alot better experience with her than the previous encounter. Sometimes, we don't always get steller service the very first time, and I allow for a company to try and rectify any bad experiences. Brooke did just that and has earned back my repeat business. Applaud her efforts AND calm demeanor to handle this frustrating situation.

Wow, where do I start?! When I first decided to purchase my frames from Spec Rx, I hadn't even realized that all I needed was the temple earpiece. You know how customer service can sometimes be hit or miss? Well, Spec Rx absolutely nailed it! Brooke was a star—seriously, she was fantastic. Even though they didn't have the frames I initially wanted in my size, all I really needed was that one part. Brooke got back to me in a flash and confirmed they could get just the part I needed. Her diligence and responsiveness blew me away! This is exactly why I'll be a returning customer at Spec Rx. They truly go the extra mile!
