The staff was very friendly, very personal and professional along with helpful. I truly appreciated all their help picking out my new glasses and the time they took to look to make sure my old glasses were fitting correctly until my new ones arrived ( which is important with my progressive lenses). Such an amazing team and fun and friendly atmosphere. We had just moved to KS in June and I’m so thankful I chose Highpoint Family Vision as my new vision center!
Everyone at this office is so professional and puts patient care first. Both docs here are awesome! They always have a very straightforward and relatable way of sharing treatment information and expectations to help patient's have the appropriate knowledge to direct their care. I love going here the staff and docs are first rate and I couldn't ask for a better patient experience.....you guys have this down to T! Keep being awesome!
My daughter recommended the Highpoint Family Vision office to me. Both doctors are amazing. I had the husband and he was very thorough and patient with all my questions, sharing knowledge and advice. I believe I received the best prescription I have had. Thank you to all the people I had contact in the office. Everyone was mannerly and professional.
