“Best experience I've ever had at an urgent care. Doors opened a little before 830am (google says 8am, it opens at 830am). Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner was great and prompt.The entrance is on the left, the same as the Basketball Museum (not the row of doors for the main entrance)- the entrance signs could be a little better!“

“I've been to Care Now on Stateline twice recently. Each time my wait time was between 10 to 20 minutes ( I was a walk in). The staff was compassionate and efficient and the CNA and nurse practitioner were great. I had an ear infection and upper respiratory infection so nothing major but conditions that needed treatment. Thus was so much more convenient than trying to get into my doctor.“

“I was in and out! Lots of explanation and I was confident I knew what was going on. Best part is mychart! They have my information cause I use KU for other medical reasons and they have all my insurance so made the process faster. Visit was probably about 30-40 minutes top. *Disclaimer, what was going on was pretty straightforward and something that I've been seen before for at by GP. This same thing has taken a lot longer at other urgent cares.“
