I went in to get my hair fixed from a different salon Adrian was amazing and made me feel confident about my hair again! Would recommend this place to anyone she did a fabulous job!!

I have to knock one star off for the exuberantly, excessively high price. They were good, and she did a great job on my wife I will say. I'm not going to say the stylist name out of respect for her. It was $260 for a 4 hour "Glow Up." And it was 51.99 for "Vish Color", plus a tip. They put a crazy-ridiculous amount of coloring in her hair... Doused her hair with the stuff... probably a major economic waste of coloring. Probably 3x too much coloring. Also, they DID NOT tell her the price up front. They just dropped a $310 bill on her lap when it was done. And mind you, this is not for a hair cut, or layering, or anything! This is just for hair coloring!!! How do you expect a customer to come back when you break them financially like this! No hair salon, however posh, in Johnson county should be charging people like this. We are not rich celebrities!

We moved and I had to change my hair salon so everyone knows that is like changing and finding a new doctor. I did a lot of internet research and stumbled upon The Glossary. After reading the bios I chose Hallie. I scheduled online and it was very easy to do. They do require a deposit when doing so and I thought it was a great idea to prevent no shows plus it is nice to not get hit all at once the day of. My appointment was during COVID and prior to the appointment I signed a waiver then upon arrival you are spritzed with hand sanitizer and temp is taken. Everyone is masked and the salon was extremely clean. My chair was wiped down before I sat. They are still offering coffee, tea, soda and water as well as packaged snacks. I love that, felt like a true escape. Hallie did my haircut and eyebrow wax. She was precise in everything she did and she explained her reasoning for everything she did. She is passionate about hair and up to date on all of the current trends but at the same time wants to work with you and find what you want. She is happy to recommend not only products but tools for your hair. I am starting to get grays so we spent some time on what would be best for me for color and how to achieve it on my next visit. The time she spends to really get to know her client is wonderful. I felt prices were spot on for the area and probably on the lower side. It is tucked in and a little hidden but that gave it more charm and a more spa like feel. Highly recommend.
