My husband and I had Jon's company refinish one area and change out carpet to wood in another area. We were thoroghly happy with the finished results and found Jon to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Booking with him is quick and easy and he answers all questions with quick response times. We highly recommend them!

A 1-star rating here mean "Hated it." I think that is pretty accurate. I spent thousands of dollars with Blue Valley Hardwood Floors in Kansas City and found them to be unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate of personal property, late in their work, low quality of work, and leaving trash on the job site consistently. They never offered to clean up after themselves, left my house messy, dust everywhere, and then I had to remind them to clean the areas when they were finally done. There response was, "it wasn't in the contract". Really? Cleaning up after yourself is not in the contract? Trust me, save yourself time, a lot of money, a HUGE headache,... read full review
