I want to say a special thank you to Jen and Addie for changing my life through pelvic floor PT! The moment I came to Foundational Concepts was my lowest moment when I had given up hope. I had even gone through pelvic floor PT at a hospital for 6 months and found that was not helping. I could not imagine a life without pelvic pain and thought the pain would never go away.
But thanks to Jen and Addy, my PTs at Foundational Concepts, I have gained so much hope and confidence. I learned so much and so many ways to manage my pain, to the point where I have little to no pain now. I went to my appointment with some concerns as I have tried PT before for my problem to no success. Addie was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very comfortable working with her.
Sarah has helped me tremendously with my piriformis issues -
Teaching exercises and dry needling to release the muscle tension. I would definitely recommend Foundational Concepts !
